HIFA SYNDIC SARL charges a management fee of 20%, calculated on the total value of the services and works carried out for the building.
All maintenance work, technical services and routine operations are carried out only after the client has approved a detailed quote. Costs vary with the scope, duration and nature of each job, which is why we do not publish fixed prices.
